Thanks to everyone.

Hacktoberfest evolved this year. Instead of counting pull requests, we put the focus on building with open-weight models and open source AI, at Fests around the world and online.

The community was as strong as ever. 115,385 of you took part, at 500+ Fests in 70+ countries/territories and online, from Global Hack Week to the DEV Challenges.

Thank you to everyone who took part, and to the hosts, mentors and judges who gave their time to make the Fests happen. We can’t wait to do it again.
